Summary: Local Transfer - Missing Payroll Details

When submitting a Local Transfer the payroll details section is not visible. We have added this section to be visible in HCM Design studio but it still does not show up.

Only if a user selects a new Legal Entity for a Global Transfer will then the payroll details then become visible.

Is there a way to correct this?
