Fetching future date benefits enrollments in extract

We have a requirement to extract Employee details and Employee Benefit enrollment details. As part of the requirement, we have to send details of employee who will be eligible for the benefits in 15 days from the file run date.

I want to check if this is feasible using root data group as PER_EXT_PAY_EMPLOYEES_UE and BEN_EXT_HIST_ENRT_RSLT_UE or BEN_EXT_ENRT_RSLT_UE as child data group.
