ATP-S cross region backup

Summary:

Q: is it possible to create full backups for ATP-S on a different region? This is one of the compliance standards requirement for OCI Native services. Is this supported natively for ATP-S.?

Also, while enabling data guard on the cross region - is there a concept of jurisdiction where only a restricted set of regions are listed and not all OCI regions.?
