Folders should not be folded when we go back to the folder list.

For example, with Redwood Themes, if you open a form and then go back to the folder list to open another form keeping the first form open, the folders are all folded (as well as reports, tasks, and dashboards).

レッドウッドエクスペリエンスを適用中に、動的タブからタスクリストへ戻った場合、展開していたフォルダがすべて閉じてしまうので、フォルダを開いたままにしてほしい。

例えば、あるフォームを開き、そのフォームを開いたまま別のフォームを開こうとフォルダリストに移動するとフォルダがすべて閉じた状態になってしまう（レポートやダッシュボード、タスクリストも同様）。
