Same clauses being used in different templates with different numbering.

Summary:

My client has different departments and each department has their own Terms Templates. The clauses being used in their Terms Templates are same or similar to each other, what differs is the numbering of those clauses. I have catered the numbering issue through the Numbering Scheme functionality.

Now the issue is that I want to hide the heading of the Clause and just show "1.1" not as a heading but with what's written as Clause Text. So it should be,
