How to view other people's REQs via "Manage Requisitions"?

Summary:

Hi - I am trying to view requisitions raised by other people on 21C (11.13.21.07.0).

I have these Roles and associated Data Access:

Procurement Manager

Procurement Requester

Procurement Application Administrator

Procurement Preparer

I can't work out which Role I need to be able to do this.

The HR record linked to my user account is set up as a Procurement Agent with "Full" access enabled against Requisitions, but still I cannot see any requisitions raised by other people.

How can I achieve this?
