Position Management/Design
Summary:
Hello!
Client is about to make some design decisions regarding how to organize positions. They currently have a 1 to 1 design. Meaning every worker gets a new position number, they don't have any concept of headcount. In some ways it is useful for them to allocate payroll that hasn't been used for the year. In other ways the data is a bit redundant.
Wanted to reach out to the gurus and get their input on pros/cons on this topic...or feedback from implementing this one way or the other.
