How to auto select price from BPA lines price break based on requisition creation date

BPO line item (non-cumulative) has multiple price breaks for an item with non-overlapping start and end dates. When requisition is created we see the price for line is defaulting based on requested delivery date. How do we default it based on requisition creation date?
