i'm not able to read finance data related to over time and training expence in custom HR dashboard

Hi

i used finance subject area (General ledger-Transactional balance real time) in HR dashboard but system is not allow to me to select subject area , i think this related to permission for access data in finance but if give user in HR finance role to access this data i increase cost of licinse , please help me and advise for this issue
