Having problem creating connection to HCM Cloud Adapter from oracle Integration

Summary: We have Oracle OCI tenancy and Oracle HCM Cloud. We want to develop some integration. When we tried to create a connection using HCM Cloud Adapter and entered the SaaS URL, Username & Password, getting some error
