Success Criteria (HTML Tags) are not exported to excel- Error

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 2 comments

Summary: A few days back, I was able to download the development goals success criteria on EXCEL with data format set to HTML. However it is not working now. I have to change the format to plain text and all the tags are coming up on the excel. Was there any recent change or is there a way we can get the remove the HTML tags during download. I have searched the forum ,but I could only get the answer to change the data format to HTML and that is not working.
