How to fetch BLOB data(more than 10 MB) from data base to oracle cloud integration?

Summary:

In atp data base one column has blob data more than 10 MB. we need to handle this data in OIC

Content (required):

In OIC, we are invoking one procedure where requisition_id as input parameter and blob_data as output parameter. this blob data size more than 10 MB. It is failing due to this size issue. Please suggest any path how to handle this in OIC .screen shot attached.
