[Smart View] Default options keep resetting and form drop-downs not functioning

Hi everyone,

We are experiencing a few issues with Smart View (version 21.100) when using the desktop version of Excel 2019 on Windows 10, as follows:

1) POV drop-downs in forms do not function - some users cannot click the drop-down button to see a list of options. They can type in the desired member into the drop-down field though

2) Users' default Smart View settings are being reverted after they restart their PC. If they do not restart their PC, their default Smart View settings remain, even after closing and reopening Excel or disconnecting and reconnecting to an application.

Has anyone experienced these issues? Were you able to find a solution?
