Hello All

We are not able to capture work schedules for hourly employees. We have a requirement to give Company Top up entitlements in Hours and Pay statutory sick in Calendar days. We have configured absence type to be in Hours and SSP Plan to be in Calendar days. When using the advanced mode to override daily duration for sickness we see that Oracle is not able to convert Sickness hours entered using advanced mode to SSP plan in Calendar days.

Please let us know if you have come across this scenario and possible workarounds for this issue
