Log to review approval delegation

Summary:

We have recently implemented Core HR and are interested in finding out if a transaction log is available for users (Manager) delegating approval to someone.

Manager A has assigned Approval Delegation to Manager B but we don't know if there is a log available to review the approval delegations in the HCM system.
