We have requirement in absence plan for Carryover rule of any employee who is on Maternity leave
Summary:
We have to implement the carryover rule for the employees who are on maternity leave as below:
CarryOver Rule: 10 days carryover upto 31st Mar for all the employees(except maternity leave) of the following year.
We are setting up carryover expiry rule as 3 months in the plan setup page itself but it's working for all employees including those who applied maternity leave but as per my requirement carryover should not get expire for those employees who are on maternity leave.
