Summary: Way to identify how many time cards are successfully transferred to payroll

Content (required): My customer runs biweekly payroll for hourly employees and each pay period, they have thousands of time cards flowing into payroll. They need a way of reconciling the total time cards submitted and approved in OTL v/s the time that has actually come over to payroll. Is there a way to accomplish this?
