Help with using SUM

Summary:

The requirement is to Sum the totals of duration and duty days lost per absence.

Content (required):

Is there a way to achieve this within OTBI? so in my pictured example for the first person, it would need to add 3+3= 6 as duration and 3+3=6 for duty days but added before it continues onto the next person. So basically need the totals already calculated to be added.
