Tracking if a worker is full time Working at Home vs hybrid Working at Home
We are exploring the option of a hybrid teleworking model. We currently have designation for Working at Home full time, by marking the Working at Home flag to Yes. Looking for some best practices, or what is working well for others to track workers who are in a hybrid situation (example : working at home M/W/F but in the office T/TH)
Bonus if you can expand to how you are using this option in ORC for job requisitions.
