Synchronize from position is set to 'NO'

Hi All,


We have enabled the position synchronization with Allow override at assignment flag disabled at enterprise HCM information task. Because of this the synchronize from position flag at assignment is set to NO, and it is read only, and the position attributes such as department, location, job , grades etc. are coming editable. Hence ,is there a way we can make this synchronize from position flag defaulted to yes and non editable.
