We are trying to implement docusign for PO signature. We are getting an error message.

Summary: "You must have a valid account with the signature solution provider DocuSign to send documents for signature. (PO-2055525)"

The account is active and have admin right in docusign. Raised an SR, oracle is saying the problem is with docusign and docusign is pointing to Oracle as well.

The PO status is showing "Pending Signature Preparation" but unable to "Prepare for signature".
