Prevent files with only header row from getting generated from etext bursting in BI Publisher

Hi Experts,

I' bursting an etext template with a tag in the body of the DG on which I run the loop.

This etext has a header too which is coming up even in cases where there in no detail record.

I need to stop this file with only header from reaching the server.

Will putting a condition on the main data set on the file fragment work?

Please do share any inputs you might have.
