HR Access to Talent Rating Content Sections

I have a requirement for HR to be able to access Talent Ratings Content Sections. This would ordinarily be accessed via Directory Person Spotlight but we have removed access to Directory and so need a different way to access the Talent Rating.

I have a requirement for HR to be able to access Talent Ratings Content Sections. This would ordinarily be accessed via Directory Person Spotlight but we have removed access to Directory and so need a different way to access the Talent Rating.

The role has the 'View Talent Ratings' Role inherited but this does not give access. I can navigate to Talent Profile - Skills and qualifications but the 'Talent Ratings' Task on the left menu is not available as it is for Line Managers.
