Always free instance changed status to STOP months later
Hi Officer:
Today I found out that my always free ARM instance got STOPPED automatically without any manual action from me, and when I try to restart (by clicking "start" on the control panel) it displays information:
Unable to start the instance: Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.eu-zurich-1.<my unique instance OCID> is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.
Since I'm in the always-free account, when I try to connect with customer support via chat, it displays that I'm not eligible for live-chat service. So how can I solve this problem? What should I do to make my instance back and running?
