Sorting logic while searching for an employee with multiple work relationships

What is the sorting logic while searching for an employee with multiple work relationships?

Content (required):

After creating more than one work relationship for an employee, searching for him for example in the Directory or in the Employment Info QA, the employee is shown as many times as many WR have been created for him. Based on what is the search sorted (ie alphabetical order of the Business Title, Assignment Status, Creation date, ...)? Thanks
