Pending Action Items Report

Summary: I am attempting to create a report of all current pending action items in our system in OTBI. However, I seem to only be receiving completed action items and not those that are pending.


Content (required): I created an analysis in OTBI using the Subject Area: Benefits- Action Items Real Time to attempt to identify those who have a pending action item, action type name, and the worker information. I am struggling to isolate those actions that are pending from already complete. Am I using the correct subject area? Any assistance would be appreciated.
