A Manufactured Product Packaged with Mixed Lot# in a Box

Hello Friends,

we have a manufacturing facility where Products are manufactured in each. a set of 20 each get a Lot# assigned and then Packed into a Box having total of 250 Qty having min of 12 Lots.

Order Entry happens in each but Shipping happens with complete Box.

Trying to think how we can achieve this in Oracle Manufacturing and replicate same.

was thinking about Parent-Child Lot , in which each set of 20 will get a child lot Number having a Parent Lot as Work Order Number. and what if we can ship using Parent Lot instead of child lot.
