Summary:

Use case (1)

1. We have the 3rd party MES and which is going to send the signal for Quality Issue creation.

2. Please note that there is no Inspection and Inspection plan here

3. So a Quality issue will be created directly from MES thru integration

4. Now once the Quality issue is created, we would like to send the notifications to the different teams like - Planner, Buyer, Logistics, Engineering with all the quality related columns in Quality issue

5. the notification would be sent once the disposition action is taken. Meaning within Quality Issue, once the disposition action is added, we need to notify further all these teams mentioned in (4)
