Update needed for submitted use cases (user COE00522)
Summary:
We have submitted 3 autocomplete use cases on Oct, 11th and we've not been receiving any update.
Content (required):
We have submitted 3 autocomplete use cases on Oct, 11th and today they're all still in the "submitted" status. The customer is following up about this topic and we're supposed to give him a final response by Nov, 10th (including the rule implementation, if approved). Moreover, we do not have any direct contact (as in SRs) to check our requests' status and this makes really cumbersome to maintain the client up to date on this process.
Could you please give us a feedback as soon as possible on that?
