How to enter additional negotiated PTO Leave
What is the best practice to enter additional negotiated Vacation?
How to do you process an employees additional vacation that they negotiated over and above the normal PTO Accrual, when they are hired. For Example, when an employee is hired they are eligible for 3 weeks vacation, but some employees negotiate additional PTO for example, they may get 4 weeks for the first five years and then they would continue to receive 4 weeks of PTO which is the normal Accrual after 5 years. Can this adjustment be entered on the Absence Screen with a begin and end date or is there a better process? We do not want to
