Extract correct hour

Hello everyone,

I would need to set when I extract a date to the date set on the system's regional preference.

That is, get the correct timezone based on the settings saved to the system.

Can someone suggest me the command ?

For example if I use

select sysdate from dual

the result is the following

despite the time here in italy is 18:23

Thank you all very much,

Alfonso
