How to Purge the Interface tables with Load_Request_Id as -1 and request_id is null?

Summary:

We need to run Purge Interface tables job for Import Payables Invoices. We have a few invoices with status null that have Load_Request_Id as -1 and Request_Id as null. We cannot pass a null value for Request Id as it complains saying a value need to be passed. How do we Purge this data?

Do we select Other in Purge Process Intent? What do we enter for request Id as it is null?
