Labor cost override is not allowing to end date previous record after person job change

Contingent worker Job is changed to ABC from PQR effective from 12-Oct-2021.

There was a labor cost override already created on 21-Jan-2021 for the Contingent Worker with ABC job.

Now, when we try to end date the this record, Person Assignment Organization is blank and it is throwing error " Please make a selection".

Note - In the record, person assignment job is not showing the previous job ABC any more. But, it is allowing to update the record by selecting the PQR job.

Expectation - All previous records should be available for auditing and allow to end date before creating new cost rate records.
