We are trying to load a csv file for a user-defined measure in demand management with Data Type = Percent.

Is it possible to load to a measure with this data type? If so, do we need to specify the unit of measure in the csv file?

Use Case / Business Value - We are trying to implement a process to map historical forecast proportions from current Item-Organization combinations to different Organizations based on future distribution and network changes.

Process:

Export Final Shipments Forecast at the Item-Organization-Customer Site-Week level / calculate the current forecast proportion by Item-Org-Week.

Map combinations (Item-Org-Cust Site-Week) to a different Organization based on a time based distribution change.
