How to correct an incorrect PTO


Summary: An employee's PTO had a drastic change from one Pay period to another when she didn’t take any PTO.

Content (required): Since May 28th her accrual stopped as she reached her maximum and since then she did not used any PTOs, till 9/17 her PTO balance 539 and in the very next pay period the balance went down to 505.
