Hi there,


We are introducing the Non-Catalogue training request.

We have a few custom flexifields like Overall cost and such.

I know that when a request is done and approved, the status of the entry is Pending Fullfillment.


We can run good reports with the data. We can see what the cost is for instance.


However, what I understand is that for the non-catalogue request entry to be changed from Pending Fullfillment to Completed the Learning admin must Change the name of the course. Technically, I need to go to "Edit Assignment" and choose an existing course from the catalogue.
