How to Default Worker Type based on Recruiting Type when creating a requisition

Summary: We would like to default the worker type to "Contingent Worker" when the Recruiting Type is "Contingent". If Recruiting Type is not "Contingent" we would like to make Worker Type "Employee". This is done in the Create a Requisition action.

Content (required): When someone Creating a Requisition they go into the Requisition Structure portion of the action first. There they can enter the Recruiting Type. When the user enter in the required information they click continue to the Details section of the action.

When the user selected Recruiting Type "Contingent" in the Requisition Structure portion, clicks Continue, then enters the Detail section the Worker Type field should be "Contingent Worker". If the Recuriting Type is anything except the value "Contingent" the Worker Type field should be "Employee".
