APEX Update to 21.1 unsuccessfull

Yesterday i started the update to apex 21.1 manually. For a very short time in the administration interface it told me that i am now on version 21.1. Aber after a short time it switched back to 20.2. And now it stuck there and tells me that i am up to date even if i am still on 20.2.

In the cloud console it tells me that i am now on version 21.1.3. But that is wrong.
