I would like to what roles are needed to get access to suppliers work area to create a new Prospective supplier and submit them approval. Can a user(who is requesting new supplier) do this without Supplier Administrator or Supplier Manager roles?

In short, the one who creates and submits new supplier is different from the one who approves that request.
