Seeking guidance on optimizing hybrid cube.

We have a couple of large (by number of dimensions) hybrid cubes that have very long retrieval times at the top levels. I realize that we likely will have to store one or more dimensions, but I would like to explore all options to optimize the cubes. I have found mentions of implied shares, so we have made all stored members "Never Share". I have also seen a mention of dimension order without specifics. Does anyone have a checklist or specific recommendations for optimization of PBCS BSO hybrid cubes for reporting? (Please do not recommend
