DFF Textbox dependent on Independent Value set

To hide/show DFF Textbox dependent on Independent Value set dropdown.

Is there anyway that if we select a value in context segment DFF say "Yes" from a dropdown which is Independent value set then it should show a DFF Textbox and if we select "No" then it should not show DFF Textbox.
