Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service Missing suddenly - Product Obsolete message

Summary:

There used to be Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service in the product / Service Type but its no longer there while Raising new Service Requests in the Oracle Support ( My Oracle Support) . If we try copying the profile using the old SR raised previously for Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service itself it says product is obsolete.

Please refer to the attachments. Just wondering if anyone else is facing this problem ?

Note - This is happening across Service Identifiers (CSI).
