Consolidation Journals Approval Security

Hi everyone,

I'm probably a bit behind on this, but per the FCC documentation, anyone with read access to an Entity can also approve journals for the Entity. When we originally set up our security, it worked differently, where in order to approve a journal, a user required write access to the parent of that Entity.

Now that the fundamentals of journal approvals have changed, how would we restrict users from approving journals? We only want specific users to have the ability to approve journals.

How can we dictate which users can approve journals for specific Entities?
