Mail is not being delivered/received for BIP reports

Hello Experts,

I am wondering why my BIP reports are not being emailed to me when schedule job is submitted successfully in OAC 6.3:I have configured below delivery email in administrator (test connection is successful):

then I scheduled a BIP report like below:

then I submitted the job like below:

Can you check the history and see if it shows the report as successfully delivered?
