Summary: Need API to Create Manufacuters


Content (required): In our project it needs to integrated items from legacy system to cloud and one of the process is to associate a trading partner. We need first to check if trading partner already exists if no we need to create.

I found one API that is B2B Tranding Partners, but I'm not sure if this API is the one that create or check if manufacturer already exist.
