Message on Manage Personal Contributions page to Click Submit

We have employees who are forgetting to click Submit on the Manage Personal Contributions Responsive page after making their selections. We would like a message to display to remind them to Click Submit

Does anyone have a recommendation on how we can add a message to the Manage Personal Contributions page to remind users to Click Submit? We are not using autocomplete yet, so this would not be a viable option for us yet. I have not added any individual messages before on page composer, and not sure if it would be possible to do this. If you have done this successfully, I would appreciate what steps you did to set this up.
