Secure HR roles by Legal Entity
What is best practice for securing roles across multiple legal entities?
We have Globally Transferred employees across multiple Legal Entities from A to B.
We need to secure HR roles access so that HR person in Legal Entity A can only see the transferred emps inactive details.
We also need to secure HR roles access so that HR person in Legal Entity B can only see the transferred emps active details.
The way we have secured the roles now the HR person in legal entity A cannot see any details for the leaver. The HR person in legal entity B can see active details for legal entity B and some inactive details for legal entity A which is not acceptable.
