Container for CERTs, when selecting CERTIFICATE RESOURCE-->Certificate Service Managed Certificate

Summary:

In assigning certificates to LoadBalancers, it appears to be a new feature 'CERTIFICATE RESOURCE-->(a.) Certificate Service Managed Certificate', as compared to the traditional '(b.) Load Balancer Managed Certificate'.....

So, for the former (a.) option, what compartment would normally contain the CERTs? We have been using CERTs in the Secret Management Portal (IAD/Namespaces).

Trying to determine if can reference CERTs (namespace) stored in Secret Management Portal, from within OCI, without uploading them to the Load Balancer (b.) method?
