Summary: Announcement disappearing after clicking "Save and Close"


Content (required): Hello, we are trying to display an announcement on the Home page. Every time I go into Tools > Announcements, configure the announcement, and click "Save and Close" the announcement completely disappears. It does not show up on the "Active", "Future" or "Inactive" filtered lists either. Has this happened to anyone before? What is causing this?
