Agent Data Integration-How to stop jobs in Queue

We recently started experimenting with data integration using Agent. One of the jobs I submitted with Agent was taking quite a long time so I stopped it. I kicked off several jobs after that, and now I have a few jobs waiting in the queue. Is there a way to stop agent, or remove items from the queue? I created a new cluster, but I can see that its status automatically goes to queue as well.
